I do everything correctly in the "Urn of Sacred Ashes" quest at the  Third challenge; -=**DO NOT READ FURTHER, POSSIBLE SPOILER!**=-
In placing myself and my 3 heroes I will refer to them in sequential number and myself as "me".
To cross the phantom bridge:
Step 1: Right one, right two, left three.
Step 2: Me: step forward.
Step 3: Right two, left three, left six.
Step 4: Me: step forward to next.
Step 5: Right two, right four, left six.

nothing happens, or the bridge will not fully materialize.

I know this is a problem because I've done this step with my other char without a hitch and have gotton to the Urn.

Tried it 8 different times, reinstalled the game, reinstalled patch.
Where can I go from here for "TECH Support"??

Anyway, to solve the quest, you have to step one person over slowly. You can't fully materialize the bridge, it's a puzzle.



You have to get one person across. It's not that difficult, if you take a screenshot of the room, take that screenshot in paint, have the game in window mode and place numbers on each plate by what platform they "spawn". You then note down where you'd need to stand to materialize the bridge in an order. Remember that some plates materialize one bridge and others two.

I was able to complete it, thanks. Problem was I failed to complete the entire sequence and as my wife likes to say "people who are dumb as a rock shouldn't be playing games that require **Think--ing!" Felt foolish and I apologize to all. (except my wife, the human mabari war hound)
