Yeah, I do. If I can't use the spoiler section as toilet paper, then this section will do nicely.
Until I am allowed to register my game, I will post my views (spoiler-y and otherwise) here. And if someone doesn't want to be spoiled, it might be wiser to spend time beating the game than scouring the forums, looking for a spoiler to get pissed about.
Damn straight.

The way this should work is that all forums are open through registration (like every other game in the world). We all know that.
And quite frankly, I would be ok if everyone used the [SPOILER] tag in their posts, but they don't.
Anyway, at the very least BioWare should be policing this forum.

Seriously guys, the reality is that people are screwing over their fellow gamers because of their anger with BioWare.
You say it's "screwing over" other gamers. I say that if people are saved the trouble of an inconclusive ending that took little thought or awareness on Bioware's part to write, people ARE justified in letting them know how bad it is as a consumer service.
I found out about the endings, and I have no desire to replay the game or the others in the franchise.

Nope. It says NO SPOILERS. Don´t be so ****in egoistical and go around posting spoilers just because you can´t wait to register your damn game.
Sure is dauting to see people do this.
But that´s why I stay away from the forum (or, when I visit it, always read things letter by letter

Nope. Don't be so ****ing stupid as to charge straight into a thread that says *spoiler warning*. I shouldn't be punished by being alienated from the rest of the forum due to BioWare's mistakes and highly questionable way of running the site.
This forum lockdown. helps. no one.

From my perspective:
1. There are forum topics provided where the discussion of spoilers is permitted and any spoilers are to be discussed there.
2. The forum topics that permit dicsussions containing spoilers require game registration. If you are not using a registered game account to post in the forums, posting of spoilers in forum topics that do not permit spoilers is is violation of the Site Rules to which every person who has created a BioWare Social Network user account has agreed to for the priviledge of posting in these forums.
NOTE:
Site Rules
4. Using these forums is a privilege, not a right. While we continue to value all of our customers and fans, participation in the BSN and engaging with staff and like-minded community members is - to be abundantly clear – a privilege, and not a right. Members may continue to discuss and critique our games and products in a civil manner, but any form of discussion targeted at an individual will not be tolerated. New and existing members who cannot adhere to the code of conduct, or maintain a civil demeanor at all times, are encouraged instead to contact customer support for any game related issues they may have.

Any word on why this is the policy? Seems like opening a spoiler forum that doesn't require game registration would keep a lot of people from being spoiled on things like the endings.

Apparently, Miss Moonsong, you missed the part where some of us said that we are unable to register our copies of Mass Effect 3, thus, preventing us from posting in the spoiler section. We do not want to spoil, but you don't offer any other solutions.
We've been locked out of a party we have invites to. So, we are throwing our own party in this section.

The question is....why is that so?
This policy is completely unheard of. It alienates a big part of the fanbase for unstated (and perhaps shadowy) reasons.
I, for example, cannot post on the forums as I share my computer with a mate and we bought the game on his account. Is my opinion worthless to Bioware?
Are you just trying to do damage control by dampening the backlash?
Fans posting spoilers here is a direct consequence of Bioware's own unjustified policy, and will continue to happen unless this changes.

People will want to discuss things, all this approach of denying fans the ability to freely do so here will result in people who are fans getting alienated and abandon the forum/support support of BW.

ok. i am never visiting these forums again untill i finish the game, i was visiting them all this time along cause i wanted to see reports for bugs, ost ps3 problem downloading solution , among other useful insightful things. But i keep seeing threads about ending and critical plot points. I do not want to offend anyone but it seems people can't read and are too selfish. you did not like the game? that's fine, BUT post in the OTHER forum supposing you bought the game and you already have the registration code which code you should input in here. If you did not buy the game but still you finished it then you have no right to complain at all, you did not pay anything for it.
Bought the first two, saw the ending of 3 and have no desire to purchase the game. It devalues the whole franchise to me with its ending.

I won't even start to write the long list of problems with your argument, let's just say if you're really only interested in the technical/bug related issues you should only read the tech/support forum sector alone anyway.

It makes no sense, alienates the fans, there is no valid explanation as to why this is the case, and no other forum I know of does this.

Apparently, peopple are having issues with reading comprehension:
The Mass Effect 3 General Discussion (No ME3 Spoilers allowed) is clearly marked as No ME 3 Spoilers allowed, what is so difficult to understand about that?
And yes, I do understand that some folks are having issues with registering their games and support for that is available as Social.bioware.com Site Help

What if I were to tell you that the ending will "knock your socks off"?
