This post will probably contain minor spoilers.
Right so i'm doing Eden Prime, I assume I'm doing the From Ashes DLC as I purchased that.
Anyway so I go to the little computer thing, Shepard has a vision of the past Reaper invasion and two Protheans have a conversation, the vision ends, and I have a conversation with Liara.
Every time that conversation exits, the game freezes, and then crashes to windows.
Any way to resolve this?
MASSIVE Problem on Eden Prime (makes game unplayable)

I got the same problem here.
Found a way to fix that :
To overcome this crash, load your last save game prior to watching the video. After watching the video and the conversation with Liara, immediately hold the Shift key (Command HUD) for few seconds, bypassing the issue. (thx to : masseffect.wikia.com)
I was also in window mode instead of fullscreen, don't know if it's the "shift" method or the "window" method who fix that, but it works.
