 I bought the collectors edition and I am confused. How do i get the Digital sound track?

you have to register the game and then you have to go there http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
clic on more info at the voice (soundtrack or similar) and a pop up will appear. click on download

how do u get it to go into windows media player
i got collectors edition and downloaded the soundtrack
but it wont play music when i want it to
