 Vent boy is probably just bored.
I imagine immortality and that whole living for billions of years thing gets to you eventually and you start needing entertainment to pass the eons.
Don't tell me you guys wouldn't do something equally convoluted and senseless to relieve yourself of the intense IMMORTAL BOREDOM.
