You are full of implants from when Cerberus rebuilt you in ME2.

What do you don't understand? Project Lazarus. Due this Shepard isn't fully human. If you have renegade reputation, your scars on your face glow, showing synthetics.

He said if we choose Paragon Ending - Red - Destroy, every Reaper will be destroyed, so the synthetics and technology. Yet, if you fight much have many resources and your chances were good, Shepard survives, being partly synthetic. Maybe he didn't tell the truth. Maybe only Reapers were destroyed, and he wanted to avoid that. Maybe all technology had survived, seeing that doors of the Normandy automatically were opened, since Joker would never be able to open them with his hands, and inside of the ship, there were lights.
And like it was said all along, you couldn't control Reapers. You weren't ready for this kind of technology. I think that's true. I think if you chose the Renegade - Blue - Control ending, you couldn't control the Reapers. It was just for a brief moment, to make them go away. But then, at the end you couldn't control them, you were controlled.
And the Synergy - Green ending... I dunno, it never seemed good for me, right. I can't see Reapers merged with other races. Why did they fly away, if they all were just one 'race' then? Why didn't they stay? Maybe it was a lie too, to make Shepard believe it'll bring peace. Maybe he just chose Reapers to control all the life in the galaxy?
Maybe everything the Catalyst/Guardian/Boy said was a lie...
