Something is happening with aitosaves basically trashing my Shepard.
The game autosaved so I quit then came back about a hour later. The game completely lost all my stats on all unlocked companions. all points stored and spent were lost. It also lost my face settings (which is what I noticed in a second). Everything else seams OK. All my gear is there but its all equiped to the devault N7 gear that you have when you start a new game.
I have to go back to a quick save and now redo 2-3 missions and a mess of system scaning to get back where I was.
WTF is going on here?

No idea if this is related but I do also remember one time starting a mission and my weapon loadout was completely erased. Guns and mods were there but they were not in the slots. Only the left (submachine gun) and right (pistol) had guns in them. The other 3 I had to refit.
