Sur'Kesh mission - stuck!

I'm about to save the Krogan female and I just cleared the floor with the nasty flame coming from the wall and the Cerberus turrets. Now I can't find my way to the upper floor, there's no doors, no elevators, no ladders, no working control panels, no nothing. I've been running around for hours searching but it's a no go. Am I blind or is this a bug?

That mission is the same as the second mission you do on the demo. But i think you need to click the terminal to move on the Dr and the krogan the door will open .
Or its the place where have to close the power core so you can then access the terminal . I hope this helps.
But if not if you watch anyone on you tube that done the demo. U can see what they done . Its the second mission on the demo as i said before.
