its looking like you have walk a VERY thin line in ME1 and 2 to pull this off
things like Wrex alive, Zu's hope good+, re-write geth, save every one, keep Samara, etc
you must make PERFECT runs but the things you will need to do will go back and forth
same in ME3 some times youll have paragon but most of thetime youll have to pick the renegade option to get the most points

Anyway 1-11 gets it on my computer but what of the rest?

Did you extract the individual .xbsav files using Modio?

And because of that faithfulness and playing on the xbox 360 against my better judgement, I am now doomed because I do not pay for Live Gold, ence I cannot even play the multiplayer if I wanted to.
Have to admit that this is a non-issue for PC players like me, and learning that greatly increased my understanding of what the disappointment is all about.

Oh I see what happend. But now where's the stuff to edit?
Galaxy of War assets are accessed under the Raw tab. They are a subsection labeled "GAWAssets" under the "Player" listing, which will be at the bottom of the list. The data is a collection of entries, each with a unique ID and an associated strength. Altering the strength will alter the in-game strength of the acquired asset; thus, altering an assigned strength of 78 to 7800 will increase the value of the asset, and thus the total militar strength, by 7722.

So that's great. I really hope this gets a patch. The series has been predicated upon single player decisions having impact and carrying on throughout the story arc. With many characters not importing properly, the complaints many have about the ending, and this, it seems as though that's being undermined in multiple ways with the final game.
I'm honestly not sure how, at this point in the trilogy, the developers misunderstood their long-time audience so thoroughly.

I have a 100% complete character from ME1 (with both of its dlc) imported into a 100% complete ME2 (with EVERY dlc) imported into ME3. Finished ME3 with a little over 3800. According to the Prima guide the best ending requires 5000+ War assets. I don't play or like multi-player, and I'm not going to get Xbox Gold, so where does this leave me?
In need of a save editor.

It's way too long to post here.
But long story short ---
The total assets from the list, in a "most points" scenario are:
WAR ASSETS / ALIEN: 995
WAR ASSETS / ALLIANCE: 1665
WAR ASSETS / ASARI: 668
WAR ASSETS / CRUCIBLE: 765
WAR ASSETS / EX-CERBERUS: 260
WAR ASSETS / GETH: 820
WAR ASSETS / QUARIAN: 525
WAR ASSETS / KROGAN: 825
WAR ASSETS / SALARIAN: 258
WAR ASSETS / TURIAN: 638
TOTAL ASSETS: 7419
@ 50% READINESS
EFFECTIVE MILITARY STRENGTH: 3709
Even if I have forgotten one or two things all in all, there is still NO WAY to gain over 500 assets and reach 8000 total (4000 EMS).

Omega was cut, for whatever reasons( Adjutants might have had technical problems, final script for Omega came too late, not enough time to make Omega for ME3...).
We will need to wait for that DLC then, since Aria keeps talking about taking back Omega.
Probably like Lair of the Shadow Broker.
That mission was also cut from ME2.

Shouldn't that mission take place AFTER the ME3 main storyline though? If Aria's forces count in the assets, they can't be somewhere else waging war. And if it happens after, then there is no point in counting the Omega assets now, is there?

Looking at some of the decisions/mistakes made with ME3 (galactic readiness, BS endings, face import fail etc) and the mere existence of Deception one could think somebody is actively trying to hurt the franchise. Which of course is nonsense.
Still...

Indeed, it wouldn't.
So, you can't have it while it's happening. Or else Terminus Fleet assets would be depleted at least in part before the end. If you do squeeze it in the main storyline, the Omega assets would need to be worth a lot in order to offset the loss of some Terminus fleet (unless Shepard goes at it without their support) AND allow the player to reach 8000 TOTAL ASSETS.
You can't have it after, because there wouldn't be much of a threat left in Omega maybe? That and the distance to travel would suddenly be a lot longer... Plus, any Omega assets would be useless to the war effort against the Reapers anyway.
I don't know guys. I still think the game should not have required MP or DLC for this to work in the first place. That system is still stupid.

This is something that is very likely to be patched, as it is quite possible wrong values were used on some of the game's assets.

I calculate a possible 815 on Crucible assets. One oft overlooked one that isn't in the Mass Effect 3 Wiki list is the "Advanced AI Relays" which can only be obtained by siding with Admiral Xen in a Normandy argument after the second Rannoch side mission
Still, your list is very close to being accurate. It still doesn't stop trolls from claiming to have 5000 ems at 50% galactic readiness w/o playing MP and posting modded war asset values.

Ehh they could write it so controlling Omega gives you access to resources and stuff in that sector, making it a large war asset that has to be taken back from Cerberus. Not hard to shoe in.

I dunno. I thought it made sense to play ARRIVAL after the main quest in ME2. And post-ending DLC in games?
Broken Steel, my friend. Broken Steel.
Or DA:O - Witch Hunt.
Or Throne of Bhaal.
They could also develop 'expansion' style DLC that would offer different campaigns.
What I suspect will happen with the ME3 DLC however, is that it's gonna to be mostly new MP maps, classes, races, whatever.

I have learned the truth of the topic the hard way. Even if every war asset programmed into the game is calculated, it still comes up short or just barely makes it--a moot point because it is impossible to, say, have both the Reaper Brain and the Reaper Heart or the Destiny Ascention and a non-reduced Alliance Fleet.

Thank you for the update on Crucible.
And yes, I know it won't stop the trolls. But this is the best I could come up with. I think I even counted some situations that were Paragon/Renegade choices with both values, making my numbers even slightly too high. I thought it wouldn't matter though, because even when being too generous, it still didn't get anywhere near 8000.

I doubt we'll have any post ending DLC when after you end the game you're back on the Normandy pre-Cerberus base assault.
That's what happens?
Oh. Well, it's not like they have anywhere to put your Shepard post-ending at the moment anyway... That could always be changed later.
But I don't believe they will change the endings, or add anything post-end either.
I don't think so. They're too proud of what they've done. To an extent, I can understand. It's their game, I guess. But they wanted us to feel like it was our game, our characters, and our universe, as well. So I'm conflicted.
Anyhoo.
