 remember in the shadow broker DLC where you go to that computer and fund missions and 1 of them is to Do a smear campaign against Udena... Then it says Udena Has been exposed as dirty and forced out of office or whatever... Well So yeah u import a save from 2 where u did the smear campaign .. And walaa... They threw it all out the window... Not only is udena still on office well now he has even more political power than ever... So Yeah can you say plot hole. I guess because this pretty significant series of events happens in 100% text form they hoped nobody would notice the plot hole...
