It could just be the playthrough i have, (or drivers, sic, etc.)  so i dodn't pay much attention the first time it happened.

but, 

i distinctly recall jack's speech the first time you see her, missing one of her lines about 4 minutes in,

the next line was audible, but it was jarring to get that missing gap where she "speaks" onscreen, and you can read subtitles, etc. but its not audible.

the next time this happened, i was speaking to miranda, and femsheps dalogue was missing twice in a row from the point in their conversation where they reminisce about their relationship on board

anyone remember or have seen this happening during a cutscene ?

i know you can clip the conversation short by pressing the glorious spacebar, (all hail the spacebar), but that wasn't the case in those 2 instances.

I use subtitles and on the Citadel it happened 2 times already while talking to a couple in the Presidium Commons and also *spoiler* talking to EDI, also there. The line appears in the subtitles but it's not spoken by Shepard.
