I was a little pissed to discover the distinct absense of everyones favorite corporate security expert, Gianna Parasini.  I mean she wasn't in the game was she?  I never found her and I never saw an email or terminal entry referring to her. 

I mean getting together scientists and engineers from across the galaxy you'd expect the think tanks on Noveria to come up and in turn Gianna.

Even the refund guy managed a return why not a character we actually interacted with?

It is certainly impressive how many they managed to account for that missing Gianna doesn't effect me much.

... wait, no ... I played ME2 just prior to launch.

I was assuming that I had just managed to miss finding her in the game.

I didn't run into Conrad, Gianna, or that Asari Scientist from the first and second game.....

I felt that Bioware left a great deal out of ME3 - especially with that ending stuff....

I found Conrad and there was news on the asari scientist but never found Parasini.

You get a news article about Rana if you let her live, evidently indoctrination finally got to the poor (snrk) girl and she went suicidal/homicidal.

Conrad shows up in a very unexpected way and it was both awesome and funny IMO.

There was an ANN news report at some point that tells about how she went nuts and caused damage somewhere, forget exactly what was said.  Basically, it implied she was indoctrinated the whole time.

She's dead, sadly she was killed during the invasion when she flew a skycar into a Reaper during a live feed through Twitter.

In other words, BioWare killed her off during a launch event and in turn we got the other reporter who stays on the Normandy... I would have rather had Wong as my onboard / inhouse reporter and I think many agree with that statement.

Indeed...I've got nothing against Chobot or the character but the model for the character just feels...wrong compared to everyone elses, even the modeled-on-a-model Sheploo.

She is listed on IMDB as being in ME3 but I certainly didn't find her. Maybe they're confused. You definitely hear her voice actress among the NPCs but no Gianna in sight.
