You could try outlining the problems and how you might change them? You never know, we may actually get some sort of fix/alternative ending from bioware if we act in a reasonable manor - rather than the rather uninformative, yet largely accurate, descriptions of 'sucking'.

Some people are crying, some people are depressed, some people are angry, some people are raging. Almost everyone dislikes the ending.
When did you finish?

dear lord how can you screw up an ending like that, how can you of playtested a game and not seen people would be disappointed and angry with the ending?
i loved mass effect 3. seeing mordin make amends, being by thane when he passed away i actually thought to myself "this is the best game i have ever played in my 39 years" and then i got to the end. i tried to restart the game a few hours ago. do a second play through. i got to the chase scene on mars and the whole time im playing all i keep thinking is "why am i bothering? nothing i do changes anything"
as much as i loved mass effect 1 and 2 the ending to three has made me feel like ive wasted my time keeping my shepard alive

At this point, I think I'd be willing to part with some cash for a better-ending DLC. I want to love this series again, but i cant muster the strength to pick it up again knowing the outcome.

I agree with you on this point. It's better to be thoughtful with any analysis done as opposed to saying "it stunk".
I think the biggest problems with the game wasn't just the ending per-se but many [most?] people's expectations were wildly out of line with what they thought the ending(s) would be like. I know that I imagined Paragon endings with lots of loss of life / friends / etc. but the galactic community could recover. I also imagined Renegade endings of Shepard as the new head of Cerberus using the tech advantages gleaned from the collector base to rule the galaxy as the effective head of the first human empire. I also imagined things in between.
What I didn't imagine is that everything that was done earlier was just cooked down into a single number and a single threshold in that number decided which of 3 pre-destined endings you would get. Even then if it was somehow communicated to the players [in a very clear fashion] that what Shep was theoretically trying to build towards was hopeless / futile / etc. then the choice of the 3 endings while still not great would have felt better.
Summary: IMHO if expectations were properly managed we'd be feeling much better on how the whole thing with endings were handled.

I get what your saying about expectations but evens so, who enjoys hopelessness. It feels like Bioware tried too hard to make art, and forgot to make entertainment.
