 it is implied that civilazation can now grow at its own pace but...aren't there turian warships in the atmospere - and Krogan on the planet, and Geth (under certain circumstances), not to mention Asari etc...also wouldn't we still have all other space tech - omintools, biotic amps etc, and biotics in general...very confusing
