Hi there....
I had downloaded Warden's Keep through Market Place (not through the game) and successfully played it with my XBOX profile and my other half's profile no problems.... then I got the old RROD error and had to get my console replaced by Microsoft. Since then Warden's keep works fine for me and appears as purchased but when my other half plays the game after the downloadable content check in game it says that it is corrupted and needs to be downloaded again. It appears in the downloadable content list in the Dragon Age game as non purchased for her, for me it appears as purchased...
I have deleted the download from my XBOX and downloaded it again but it has made no difference. I do not want to purchase it twice so my other half can play it.... and she needs it for the chest as she is a bit of a hoarder... (Stone Warrior and Blood Armour works fine for both of us - though Stone Warrior said the same thing until I downloaded it again..)
Any help would be gratefully received.
Thanks

DLC is licensed to both the gamertag and the console it is purchased with. Since you switched consoles, only the gamertag that purchased the content can use it - unless you do a license transfer to the new console.

Thanks for the reply - but according to Microsoft as they did the repair the license information is transferred by them.... unless this fibbed and forgot...! It does seem to make sense though...

Well, if you check the website, you should be able to plug in your gamertag and see exactly what console your games are licensed to, to see if they're fibbing or not.
Edit: Just click 'Start the license transfer process now' and it should show, if you're logged in, your console ID and how many things are licensed to it. If there are 2 Console IDs listed, (or just one, but it's the ID of your old console, not the new one) then they fibbed, and there's your problem.
