I would think Bioware would want to diffuse the situation before they are at a mjor convention

I'd hope for their sake because if they don't there has to be at least one person that that's super upset

...You know if I were them I would really be worried about the safety of the company members attending the convention. I'm putting myself in their position and that's what I am sincerely concerned about. I've never experienced such emotion from watching the ending nor the [s]storm that brewed as a result of it in the gaming community.

Yes Pax - I mean regardless of what the answer is - they will not go into that convention with the situation in limbo...

I wonder if this was why the writers quit? (Sorry can't remember their names) Because they knew the ending suck so bad, that they didn't want to be around for the backlash.

That's also what I was thinking. They can't just brush it under the carpet.. I'm sure SOMEONE will ask them about it. The thing is, relatively speaking, it's SO FAR away. By then, I feel like many of us will have the frustration and disappointed cemented. I get that it's hard to deal with the situation, but now would be a good time to release even just a short statement. If they could just muster the time to tell the fans they're working on something, then we'd be willing to wait. But if they just leave us hanging, they'll just incite more anger.

The fanbase will demand blood!

I'm just joking. I wouldn't want to be in their shoes right now. Anyway, I'm very curious to see how they will fix this whole mess, because let's face it, this is big.

I thought only Drew quit? And that was to pursue his own novel goals.

If what you said is true, I wonder if they're sitting at their computers refreshing the forum and just taking all the joy in.

actually it is not that far away because how they deal with the situation will, in large, determine how successful the dlc campaign is...

It is far away. A month of nothing, no answer, considering that amount of lashing out.

Well, he's not going to say, sorry, my last work on mass effect 3 sucked so I'm leaving to pursue other things and hope I don't screw up with that either.

They have to answer sooner than PAX.

From the next week this fanrage will hurt sales. Don't forget: BSN is not the majority of ME3 players. Most of us had blind faith in Bioware. Most of us preordered ME3, a few of us preordered CE at last year.

But the majority of the players are just waited us to finish the game and tell them our opinion. A lot of players doesn't believe in the "professional" reviews. They are waiting the opinions of the other gamers.

Now the abolute majority of the fanbase disapproves the ending. It will hurt sales from the next week.

They'll have to have an answer before PAX.  Otherwise it'll go down like a Greek tragedy.

A crowd of angry, unwashed, rageaholic nerds gathered around the broken body of some poor Bioware dev, as he monologues through broken lips the secrets of Bioware's planned post-game DLC expansion that will now never be made because they killed everyone.  The Greek chorus lamenting how beautiful it would have been, tears streaming down their faces as they imagine what might have been had they stayed their hands and listened to what they had to say...

I don't want his, and neither should any of you :crying:
