Another fav part is when Kai Leng goes to stab you but u renegade option his ass and breaks his pwecious sword and kill him. "that's for thane!" .. you're dam right it is!

The argument between Jack and Joker.. That was hilarious. And of course seeing the best philosopher ever Thane!

I think Mordin's death touched me the most, and the most exciting was the mega maw taking down that reaper.

Why are they all coming back to me right now? Anyway ...

When, after Thane dies, you're offered to say a prayer with his son. And it's revealed the prayer isn't for Thane, but for you. It was a nice twist, going back to when you first meet Thane.

I was moved by the deaths of Mordin, Thane and Legion. Thane was my favourite squadmate (other than Garrus) and I played through as a paragon but when Kai Leng was getting up to attack Shepherd after he was beaten and the renegade symbol came up there was no way I was not going to renegade and I'm glade I did.

Final moments with Anderson were great but I exspressed relief when I first heard he was leading the resistance on Earth as when I played the Demo it looked to me as he died.

Also just before I went into the final battle when Wrex says Bakara want to name their baby Mordin is touching but funny, and when I was talking to my ME2 squad mates thanks to the Tech and speaking to Jack as she was the one I romanced in that particular ME2 playthrough saying "You better come back alive because I'm getting laid!"

Mordin's death. Grunt's almost death. Thane's prayer. Killing Kai Leng ("That's for Thane, you son of a ****!) Talking to everyone before the final battle - including those who weren't in the area via holograph, I thought that was a really nice touch. The thresher maw taking down the Reaper. The fleet arriving at Earth. Kaidan's romance. Udina's betrayal and getting Kaidan to trust Shepard on it. Allying the Geth and Quarians. ...and probably a lot more. I'm terrible at picking.

Hanging out with Garrus on the Citadel doing the shooting competition. That scenes fit exactly into the whole cop buddy type of deal I had between my Shepard and Garrus throughout the series.

The random conversations between squadmates on the Normany. The Garrus/Vega on I thought was one of the best,

Jack jumping down and punching me when I met her again. classic, and only she could get away with that.

Drunk squadmates.... 'Emergency induction port" , I laughed hard at that scene.

I thought all the death scenes were handled very well, especially Mordin.

The scenes on Rannoch where Shepard gives tali a rock from her homeworld

Honestly, there are a ton of great moments in the game, and I can;t even begin to list them all.

1. Grunt taking on the rachni, which was made even more epic when he came out alive
2. Thane vs. Kai Leng
3. Mordin's death and curing the genophage
4. Going all renegade on Leng (that's for Thane you son of a b****!)
5. The freaking huge fleet coming through the relay and attacking the reapers
6. Tali taking off her mask on Rannoch
7. Tali getting drunk on the Normandy (maybe the funniest thing in the whole series)
8. Shooting bottles with Garrus
9. Getting back together with Ash

You know, as I'm writing this list I realize that the ending isn't THAT bad, it just seems that way because it's so different from and less awesome than everything leading up to it. 97% best game ever, 3% WTF.

I'll remember pretty much everything except for the ending (atleast from the point where you talke to the magic star god)

The scene right before the final push, when you have your last conversation with your squad, I was tearing up.

The whole scene at the end of Rannoch, if you romanced Tali, so beautiful.

I loved that scene too where Shepard and Liara are talking and she sits on his lap and gives him a quick kiss. Really touching.

Every time I'm on Sur'Kesh I have to keep pushing the button on the console because I love the Salarian endlessly yelling at you. I was in stitches the first time I played through that.

Also finding out what refund guy was trying to get a refund for.
