There's the 3 regular endings, control/synthesise/destroy, and also the little shot of shepherd taking a breath if you have 5,000+ military, but i've heard that you get another special ending if you import a mass effect 3 character?

The special ending is where the little boy tells Sheperd that he has the highest midi-cloran count ever, and then a bunch of Elcor are banging on reaper helmets and Billy Dee Williams makes an appearance.
