How do you copy raw values from the ME2 Gibbed editor to the ME3 save editor?

i've already read thru this http://femshep.ning....odding-basics-1 multiple times. i had this problem with ashley's textures in me2 as well, and mostly ignored it for the fact ash's textures look great with plain glossy lips.
taken from the guide above,
Intensity
The second important place to edit is "Scalar Parameters" which is located a few boxes above "Vector Parameters" where we just were.
These values will adjust the transparency of the color we just edited, and is also the best way to tone down the clown-rouge from the creator or an imported face.
i think this is my problem but i don't know which option it is to tone down the 'clown-rouge'? any help would be welcome.

How do you edit galactic readiness values?
You can't change that. However you can change asset values. I changed the Alliance to 10000, and got it working was just a buggy save or something.
Go to RAW->SQUAD->PLAYER->GAWASSETS->COLLECTIONS, I changed the first one ID 173 to 10000 and it made my Alliance forces 10000 asset points, and at 50% readiness that is 5000 on its own.

how do i set Jack as my me2 romance?
Just go here http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=zv8mxcxs look for the plot id you want then go to raw > plot > plot > bool variables and set that number to true, for jack romance just set ''5208'' to true. anything that has to do with me 1 or me 2 or me 3 decisions or romances should be here. just check first.
For kelly chambers and other me 2 stuff you might have to get the gibbed editor for that game and set the id's then import that save onto me 3

RGB is confusing me. I'm trying to give Shepard red on black TIM eyes but instead I'm getting green and black. The hex code for the colour I want is 7f0000 and according to a website that makes my RGB 127, 0, 0 but I'm having no luck making it work.
there are two different codes for the illusive man's eyes: eye_iris and emis. are you changing both?

I wasn't changing the EMIS! Thank you. I still don't understand RGB but at least now I have my red eyes, which is really all I cared about.

Did it work for you? I changed the values with the editor too but still no Shepard breathing scene and it was a ME2 import, so NG+ not necessary if I understood this correctly. I changed the values before getting to london - maybe that was too late?

Does anyone know what variable I need to change to make the game stop giving me the Liara scene at the very end (in the little flashbacks)? I romanced Garrus, not her.
I don't think you can change it. Its a plot hole.

I read somewhere that you need to change it before the Cerberus base mission
Serenity84 is correct. The EMS check is done when you raid the Cerberus Headquarters (even though you can get a War Asset at the base), so you'll have to get your desired EMS rating before that.

Urgh, I actually found out they never even made scenes for Garrus, Tali, or any of the Me2 LI. How lazy is that?

Any way around this? Also, if possible, it would be cool to have the Adept heavy melee on this character as well.

I will leave this explaintation on how i do it,it might help someone. also for the color red it's actually 255,0,0Ser Bard wrote...

Let's say you want orange and black eyes.
in RGB that orange is 255,128,0,like you said before you take those numbers to this website http://andylangton.c...olour-converter and convert the RGB to percentages. ( the one labled ''RGB colour:(255-based)-> RGB colour:(Percent-based'' )
Once you do that the percentages should be 100%,50%,0%. You have to convert those into the gibbed editor. just divide each percent by 100 which should come out to 1,0.5,0.
You take those numbers and put them into gibbed editor at raw > squad > player > appaerence > morph head > vector parameters. open the collections and put the numbers in emis_color.
To get rid of the blue just go to EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector which is right above emis_color and change to any color you want. for black just give it all zero's.
I hope this helped someone.

Kelly doesn't actually count as a "cheating on LI" in ME2. She also didn't give the achievement for having a romance in ME2 as well.
So go to masseffectsaves.com and get a Kelly romance that comes closest to your playthrough. Then for ME1 stuff, you can use the ME2 Gibbed to just click whatever you need as the ME1 stuff you need to correct.
This should give you Kelly in ME3 docks and still keep the LI as not cheated on as well.
