“MordinAlive, PlotIDSet=(41), PlotIDClear=(203), PlotInts=(),PlotCond=()”
Checking the save file with the editor shows that 41=true and 203=false, just like it should. Why isn’t Mordin showing up and how can I fix this?!?

I tryed to add a few weapons but not allofthem showed up in the game:
RAW/Plot/Player Variables/
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Shotgun_GraalSpikeThrower
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Shotgun_GethPlasmaShotgun
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Pistol_Paladin
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Pistol_ArcPistol
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_AssaultRifle_Phaeston
Am I doing something wrong?
The Falcon and the Claymore worked properly.
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Shotgun_Claymore
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_AssaultRifle_Falcon
Your codes are way off:
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Shotgun_Graal
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Shotgun_Geth
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Pistol_Ivory
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Pistol_Thor
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_AssaultRifle_Cobra

Anyone know how to unlock Ashley's EDI's and Kaidan's armor for Shepard to wear?
That's my current project, I'm trying to get squadmate armor & casual outfits on Shepard, as well as any NPC clothing I can. Sadly, unlocking NPC outfits using gibbed seems unlikely right now. The only reason you can unlock some casual appearances in the locker seem to be because Shepard wears them at some point in the game, or they were originally intended to be available to wear.
If you've got the pc version, a lot of this is easier than if you have the xbox version like me.

so you can either wait for someone to answer you or read back a few pages or try researching yourself.
Doesn't hurt to ask just don't be upset if you don't get your answer.

That's why I'm asking for someone with expertise in these matters to sort this Conrad Verner matter out for us. I'm sure I can't be the only one who would like this.

I have the xbox version too. Yeah the armors and outfits that shepard is meant to have is easy cause you can look and see what the values or what have you are if you have already unlocked them using the game. My guess is that quadmate's outfits are one of those numbers. Thing is which one? I'm thinking I'm just going to change random values from false to true and see what happens.

I actually downloaded a coalesced.bin and the coalesced editor to explore some of these values. That's how i figured out how to unlock the other outfits in the locker, but I havn't found anything on squadmate stuff yet. I also am trying to get Ashley/Miranda's hair to work, but again I still don't see how it can be done.
Why does Bioware make sexy/badass looking npc's and give us lame cc options?

Have you tried making the upgrades level higher? Like:Spartas Husky wrote...
Anyone knows how to tweak the upgrades on the shadow broker. Wana carry at least 3 waepons but not sacrifcing 200% cooldown. But I dont wana make them lv 20. Makes the game way to easy.
"PermanentPlayerGameEffect_Intel_DestroyedMiniReaper_PowerCooldown"
"Intel_DestroyedMiniReaper_PowerCooldown"
I don't know what the difference is between the two entries and my Xbox has a broken HDMI port so I can't test this myself.

ill test the flags for the ME2 file that i found on a ME3 import save (vs one without) tonight to see if I can track it down... though I wish there was a way to scan the two SAV files for differences automatically instead of manually. Please let me know if anyone knows how.

yes I did. That is exactly what I thought of at first. I switched BOTh of their values around and nothing happended.
Given the "mini reaper" value of 1, translates into 5% I thought increasing it every value means another 5%. But nothing. I even went to 9, to have 45%, to offset the 150% from carrying 3 weapons. But nothing. The cooldowns in liara's terminal dont say anything, and neither do my powers.
I even tried to duplicate the entries nothing either. Game didn't frooze or anything, but it just didn't do squat.
Tried doing the same with the 2nd entry you mention, "intel" to see if increasing the value, OR duplicating the entry would show it again in the research terminal and allow me to buy it again. But to no avail. neither, making copies of the entries, or simply increasing the value of each did anything whatsoever to increase the overall cooldown.
So .... yeah nothing until now.
Like I said before, only way I've found out from someone else who told me, is to increase weapon lv. But after playing multiplayer so much, playing insanity feels like casual.... Liara as a glass cannon, Garrus as a immobilizing turian and me as.... a hoped up sentinel with 1.20 double throw recharge, and 2.2 on warp. We woop butt in insanity. And anything with armor is even in worse shape.
Me Triple chain overload
Liara, does warp
Me does Debilitating cryo
Garrus, triple chain overload
Me Double throw
Rinse, repeat lol

There are two things I'm trying to do:
1) Gain Zaeed's loyalty. Apparently since I didn't (even though he survived ME2), his ME3 quest ends before it starts with him dying soon as I get there. I've been told there's more to it, and I'd like to see what changes if I gained his loyalty.
2) Continue the romance with Liara in LotSB. In my best Shepard's playthrough, I decided to go neutral and tell Liara we could give it time. Also been told that there are specific lines for if the romance were continued instead, so I'd like to alter that.
What I'm WANTING to do is alter my ME3 savefile so that I can import my lvl.56 Shep for an Insanity run while also having these minor points changed. Is t his possible to do, and if so, how would I do it?
EDIT: I'm doing this for an Xbox 360 ME3 save file. I can't even figure out how to open the save file from my USB in the gibbed save editor. Very confused.

I've found what values I need to change for Liara's romance, but still haven't found anything on changing Zaeed's loyalty. But nobody's outlined how to extract a 360 save file. I used Xtaf GUI, which worked for the ME2 save editor, but apparently doesn't for the ME3 one because it won't read it.

Any word on being able to set ME2 character loyalites (other than Tali and Legion)? Also, with which field do I put in the PlotCond information? Int or Float?
I'm interested in this as well. FInally figured out how to edit a 360 save file despite a lack of how-to's around here, but I can't find anything about loyalty anywhere.
