Not sure if anyone has figured it out for the ME3 editor yet, but if you have a ME2 save, or grab one from the masseffectsaves site, you can easily edit that save to import having all squadmates surviving by editing it in the Plot > Henchmen > Flags section, you can make them all loyal and alive.staindgrey wrote...
Still no word on how to alter ME2 loyalty in an ME3 save file?
I finally figured out how to alter my 360 save file and changed the LotSB information to what I wanted, but I'm holding off playing for now.

anyone know if we can use gibbed to 'de-helmet' the full armor suits like Defender and Terminus?
That is currently not possible...
Sorry :-/

still trying to change the gun your Shep starts the game with (Predator to something else)....anyone able to do this yet?
You could add/remove guns via the Plot.Player Variables sections and adding the content paths of any weapon.
You can also change the currently equipped weapon through the squad.player.loadout weapons section.
I do not know of a way to change the gun given you by Anderson at the very beginning of the game however, you would have to save right outside the building, edit the save, then reload.

I know awhile back someone posted what values to add(Via ME2 Save Editor) to the save file so ME3 will recognize that you had dinner with Kelly.
Can't find that post anymore. I'll look later tonight again and see if I can find anything more on it. Right now the best option is just to replay ME2.

Following up on that:

The contents of the archive (a .rar archive) are:
One (1) save from a Shepard that did not have dinner with Kelly
One (1) save from a Shepard that did have dinner with Kelly
One (1) Readme file reiterating this information

pretty much. Barack O. Shepard romanced Ashley while Vanessa Shepard romanced Liara and Zaeed is dead in one but we know the values for Zaeed are 44 (alive) & 206 (dead) so that is taken care of

Hey all,
I believe I have a partial answer for those interested in the bool codes for Kelly Chambers & The Fish. I compared a save just before asking Kelly to dinner to another after dinner/"feed my fish", and found the discrepancies in the ME2 Plot Table > BoolVariables. The bool codes for this appear to be 5082 and 5083.
Please keep in mind I have not thoroughly tested this in ME3 yet. I've only had to time to run one test with editing a save just after Priority: Palaven and before landing on the Citadel, but my first attempt didn't seem to work. However, the booleanIDs were likely changed from the ME2 to ME3 save import... There are 23,000 boolean variables in a ME3 save, compared to ME2's 7,500. It may come down to editing the ME2 file and importing as a NG+.
I'll update this post when I can confirm or debunk this info, or if someone else gets it to work.
Okay, what I just did was edit those values into an ME2 save, imported it into a new ME3 save, and compared against a file that was exactly the same except it'd been imported without those changes. 5082 and 5083 were still the only two that were different (that I saw, I've only been over a thousand or so). However, I just did the same thing you did and tried editing a save after Priority: Palaven directly, no results. Going to take my editted import and get it to that point, see if editing the ME2 save and importing works.
Update: I went as far as doing the mission on Sur'Kesh and she never appeared. Either I messed up editing the file, or we're still missing something.

So, we can't alter face codes on mid game characters?
well you can change the code but it won't change the actual face. good news though is you can alter your appearance even after NG+ imports (imports of completed save files)

VERY IMPORTANT!! Dinner is NOT the critical step. She asks to feed the fish when you talk to her AFTER dinner!Anyway.... craaaaaaap. The only thing I can think of, as I said before, is that it could be because the numbers changed from ME2>ME3 import. 5082/5083 boonleans were found under the ME2 Plot Variables, which was found in a different area than the ME1 Plot Variables, which has its own set of numbers. Of course, ME3 saves show 32,000 boolean fields, versus ME2s 7,500. So unless someone has a method of searching files for the differences this may be a lost cause.Kmead15 wrote...

Oooooorrrrr... Perhaps if we could export the SAV Boolean info an excel or csv table, and then compare... that would be doable.

Rusmo--would a file where Kelly appears in ME3 and one where she does not be of any use to you? I uploaded one via mediafire earlier in the thread (perhaps on this page). it has two files one is a save where she definitely will appear and one is a save where she definitely will not appear.

Any update on how to use Kaiden/Sheploo textures properly?
Much appreciated if anyone can figure it out.
I would imagine pulling the Sheploo textures would be much the same as pulling the Femshep ones out.

I finally figured out how to alter my 360 save file and changed the LotSB information to what I wanted, but I'm holding off playing for now.
I know, but thank you.
I want to do an Insanity run with my lvl.55, but also alter the two minor points I didn't like (Liara's romance in LotSB and Zaeed's loyalty) to make my "perfect Shepard". Seems odd, I know, but I'd like to have it all exactly right for this one. Then I'll play through as other Sheps to see variances.
