I may have asked this before, but a thought came to me.

It has been shown that we can add the codes for weapons so we can have all weapons early on, such as the Black Widow on Mars.

My question is this, is there a code for the cain?

I would look myself, but I think I overwrote that save file where I had the cain so I won't be able to open the editor and find it. Could some one do that for me, or should I re-start the Earth level and save when I get the cain and check for myself? I can do that if people here are to busy.

I accessed a save just before you talk/ask Liara to dinner and compared it to one afterwards. There are 17 BoolVariables and 17 IntVariables that change. Which is not very surprising, as there are a bunch of conversation choices AND that section also addresses other plot variables for if you've taken on the Collector Base, who doubted you on Horizon (Ashley/Kaiden), etc.

Can you switch class mid-game? I'd create new folder in the saves dir and copy one of my existing characters into it. I'd then switch the class to whatever I wanted. No biggie if it's not possible, I just can't be bothered to go through Earth intro again. ****ing unskippable cutscenes.

It's the same variable for both...if you are about to import a saved ME2 and do a new game, I'd edit the ME2 file. If you are  already playing ME3, you can edit that save and it will work as long as it's activated and completed before you are locked into Priority: Citadel III

I got What appeared to be glowing eyes, into iris_colour i put my ME2 eye colour which glowed slightly, RGBA:0.61,0.89,1.71,1 .
If you want a glowing eye put 1 before the decimal. for a certain colour glow do it on a single field.

Regarding unskippable cutscenes, this method isn't perfect, but the game DOES auto-save and you can extract them (at least on PC) by Alt-Tabbing out and copying Autosave.SAV to another folder. I have one just before the beam, before the conversation with Anderson, one before 'Kid Casper', and one when you finally get to play Three Card Monte.

Does anyone know what I did wrong? In my NG+, I used the editor on a save file in the beginning of my playthrough to turn the Heretics Rewritten flag to false and Heretics Destroyed flag to true, get a ton of credits, and set a bunch of weapons to Level 10. This worked perfectly fine.

Now, at the Cerberus HQ mission, stuff screws up with my saves. After I beat the base, I saved, began the Earth Mission, then stopped playing. Boot the game back up, and it says that several saves are corrupt and no longer available, and if I want to delete them. My autosave and my save after beating Cerberus HQ are both not available. Tried tinkering with it a bit, then decided to try and delete em (after backing it up just incase) and start over with my save from before Cerberus HQ. Now, I am seeing that the game considers every save, restart-mission save, and autosave after I start Cerberus HQ to be corrupt.

Anyone know why? Is it just a glitch or does the game check during the endgame segments to see if the saves match up to the NG+ import sav file?

I HAVE GOTTEN MAD DONE IT IT ALL CAPS BOLD ITALICS AND UNDERLINED AND IN RED FONT I HAVE EVEN MESSEAGED BIOWARE SINCE IN THE FORM THEY ARE DOING, IN MY OPTION SINCE I HAVE COLLECTORS EDITON, ILLEGAL MODING OF EXCULSIVE ITEMS FOR N7 EDITON. Bringing who back from the dead and what peace?

Most of the variables you probably need have been posted already, so just look through some of the first pages. Do some of your own work. No one in this thread has all the answers, everyone is just learning as they go along, so you should do the same.

I Am trying to change the values for Arrival

THis is what I did. I changed the value from the:
Raw Tab>Plot>PLot BOot Variables

Went to the 7451. Which was set to false. Meaning I had not played the arrival DLC. I dont wana buy the dlc... and I dont wana
spent the time either.

I changed the value to TRUE.
I then went to
Raw Tab> Basic> Ending game state. I set it to live to fight again.

I then imported this ME3 file to a new character.

When I Start. Anderson, liara etc acknowledge it was Sheperd who blew up the Alpha Relay.
However when I get to the normandy and check the war assets the 103 marine division still has -50.
Because it thinks "hacket sent marines to destroy the relay". The war assets dont change. yet the dialogue do.
So I am thinking there is another value missing? or did i Do something wrong?

Thanks that would be great. Any save just before the Trial would be good, since i can edit stuff i want. PC Platform.

And i have a question about Spectre status. At the start Anderson says "You're a council Spectre", he used to say "You were a council spectre" which means the turian councilor would have dismissed that dialogue. I guess i have to refuse to take it in ME2. Anyway to change this? I know its something small but it makes sense that he wouldnt be a spectre anymore, just like he isnt a Lt Commander anymore until reinstated.

and you can change the spectre thing in one of the ME2 editors (XanderChaos' version, available here -- http://social.biowar...m/project/4373/) one of the plot flags for ME2 is "[Ciradel] Accepted reinstatement as Spectre"and one is "[Citadel] Declined reinstatement as Spectre"

The other factor that would cause him to say that you used to be a Spectre would be if Udina was councilor in ME2... he'd refuse to let you see the Council, therefore stopping you from being reinstated until ME3. To cover all the bases, you should also make sure you check the box showing Anderson as the Councilor.

My imported Shep romanced Kaidan in ME1 and kept loyal through ME2.

Now I want to do a new run through ME3 with the same Shep and set Garrus as the LI, so how would I go about setting Kaidan as un-romanced and Garrus as romanced? (Seeing as Garrus needs to be romanced in 2 to carry it on in 3)

Can this be done with the ME3 editor? I just have to edit some values in the 'Plot > Bool'?

Or would I need to edit my ME2 save and import that to ME3?

Argh... I'm so terribly newb at all this... I've only ever used the ME2 save editor to change a damned hairstyle. It's probably incredibly simple and I'm over complicating it in my head... If someone could give me a basic run down on what I need to do I'd really appreciate it. =]

Female Shepard doesnt matter, can be changed in the editor although different dialogue (female) might be interesting. I'll be editing Legion into it too.

About the Spectre thing. I have to change it in the ME3 editor since im doing a newgameplus+ and went around forever getting all the weapons, upgrades etc and dont have a ME2 Save. There must be a bool variable for it?
