Was looking for the same solution and decided to play around with the IDs suggested to you and this is what i came up with

To have kelly chambers waiting for you at the refugee camp:

Keep 3187 TRUE. and ignore 6287, otherwise keep it FALSE

Set  3351 = TRUE (Crew Alive)
Set 3629, 3630, 3631, 3632, 3349, 3350 = FALSE

*NOTE these figures are referring to the omega 4 mission on ME2

3817 is the one I set to true and she appeared in my game. apologies if it's incorrect.

Haven't tried it myself but I'd have to guess it is still helmeted and here is why: the game still would think there is a helmet there so it applies the 'helmeted' voice distortion. all you'd be doing is cutting off the mesh for the helmet.

also, if this does work, what happens in areas that force the helmet, like the geth dreadnought...do you still have no helmet?

Well, the "helmeted voice" is Shepard's voice with a... helmet filter I guess. When I tried wearing a casual outfit on Mars, Shepard's voice was normal outside. As for the full body armors without helmets... not sure. I'm looking into this myself, since I can't stand the blood dragon helmet on femshep.

Yes it does work to remove the helmet outside of conversations.  I have done it with the N7 Defender armor and I no longer see the helmet at all.  As for the helmeted voice I'm really not sure.  Although the Defender armor has an "open" helmet so it may not be the best example to test with.

Could be 19846.
But remember, I just suspect it is the right value.
It seems like that is the true love value since it is checked in the goodbye dialogue at the end of the game.
But I haven't tested it yet.

Thanks for the Color Code, It's not coming out the same. Kelly has a Red Tint to her Hair.

I modded my ME2 save to give myself 500,000 of each mineral, but when I import into ME3 I only get 10 War Assets instead of the full 100 that's possible.

Is the mineral war asset tied to depleted planets and current resources or just current resources?

eah I think its tied to planets scanned not your resource count. Change the war asset values though.

If you set to helmet off in conversations in the game options, I know it works for Blood Dragon and Inferno... though if you're in a no oxygen environment, that option is ignored for the sake of continuity.

Really glad to see that the new version of the editor has Loyalty Flags and the like. I'd make a request though, maybe a Kelly Dinner/"FEED MY FISH!!!!" flag? Just for those of us (not me right now) that didn't get her in our cabins.

ThoughtProcess, please let us know if there's anything we can do to help, whether missing bools, etc... (I have a lot of incremental saves in ME2 and ME3). For the amount of work you do, it's the least we can do.
