Is the mineral war asset tied to depleted planets and current resources or just current resources?
The Importer is buggy. I had one character with 100k of Ezo and 200k of the other resources. Got the 100 War Asset. However had the same on another character and only got 25 War Assets. Also had a few characters with over 500k and still only got 25 War Assets.

I loaded up a 100% legit save, I noticed for Jacob Loyalty mission it only has Mission complete and none of the sub choices checked off(Arrested or Killed). Are these flags used at all During his Mission in ME3 or is it another case of Import tool being Buggy?

On the Citadel, if you go to your Spectre terminal, there will be a message about them. That's assuming they survived the suicide mission in Mass Effect 2. If you waited a few missions before going to rescue them, it's too late.

it is. you just need modio or some other program like it. but it's been working with the 360 for quite a while. Today's build (April 1 2012) is the most recent and is the best of the existing ones.
and to the poster who asked about Ken & Gabby I think the ME2 one that can be downloaded on this site (link is a few pages back) has a "Crew Alive" flag you can check. Otherwise, no I've no idea what the variables for Ken & Gabby being alive are. It might be tricky because it's possible to only lose Gabby.

the LegionDead one?

I'm not certain 6287 is the right flag, but as far as I can tell 3817 doesn't have any effect dialogue wise.
She will always be in your game if she is alive I believe. You don't have to invite her for dinner in ME2.
3817 is the one I set to true and she appeared in my game. apologies if it's incorrect.

Don't know about the brows but hair you edit in the player\\aparence tab
You could try that hun? I don't know how to remove, can you tell me?
Prob using the coal ed you can get that. All ID's are separeted there.

the newest ME3 editor has those options. it has the ME1 romance for Ash Liara and Alenko and it has the Liara Toured the Normandy (LotSB) flag.
In ME1: For the companion you want to have romanced (Ash or Kaidan or Liara) set the # to 6 and all others to 0. should work. Might have to import again (set the game state as finished and then import)

Hair color is actually affected by bunch of vectors. HED_Hair_Color, Highlight1, Highlight2, and scalars determining how shiny and bright the highlights are.
