We should set the first line to true, the second to false and what about the 3rd?

Right now integer setting in the plot tab  doesn't seem to work (someone should contact gibbed about that), so go to the raw tab, then Plot > Plot > Int Variables > Collection > and then around the 212th member for an index of 10016. Change the value to 4.

This causes the game to think that you romanced Liara in the previous games.

To set the romance as "truelove" in ME3 (meaning this is the romance scene you get before the final battle), the bool PlotID you need to set as true is 19722. Make sure the other romances aren't set as true love. Here's a list again.

Liara - 19722
Ashley - 19724
Kaidan - 19723
Tali - 19726
Garrus - 19725
Samantha - 19835
Cortez - 19838

Changing my romance to Kaidan worked, but it didn't for Garrus :(

I imagine because you didn't set the other romances (besides Garrus) to false first.

Does anyone know what kind of witchcraft I need to do (with the coalesced file, maybe?) to unlock bonus powers for new characters? I'm burning out on my current playthrough where Ashley's alive. 2 lazy 2 unlock the honest way.

None of the edits i do on 360 work,whenever i try it just freezes my save at the loading screen..all i really want is illusive man eyes and a different hairstyle. *sigh*....

10016 is supposed to be your relationship progress with Liara in ME1. If it's 4, it's romance.
Anything below (and possibly above) is not romance.

TrueLove will be set once you bind to a romance in ME3.

6 works, Liara acknowledged that I helped her take the Shadowbroker base and asked me if I wanted to continue our romance. I will retest when I arrive to the other relevant dialogues.

How i can check if i romanced Liara or not? I want be just sure if it imported properly ( also about Shadow Broker )

Does anyone know if a future release of the Editor will have a plot checklist ala the previous game one?

Asking HJF4 to supply us with all the numbers might wear thin on him. I mean appreciate all the answers but the guy could use a break sometime. ;)
