I don't know if that's the source of you problem, but that value is probably the flag BalakDead. Though that shouldn't matter since 17291 is checked. But I guess trying doesn't hurt;)

No. they take the same slot in the character selection thing I believe and stay in the same room. designed to be a either/or scenario. If Kaidan is alive, then Ashley was deep fried on Virmire in a nuclear explosion. If Ashley is alive, Kaidan was the one that got toasty. Adding both may break your game because what happens when they're both trying to protect the council? 


thanks, i just wanted to see what it was like with both characters, as in me1 i loved having them both in the game.
oh wells. guess i will just stick with kaidan or something



yeah, sorry. but once they built in a "hey either Ashley or Kaidan has to die" scenario having them both alive past that became impossible and entirely game breaking.

ok, have an issue with the appearance mod, (ive had to tweak it myself after the MP patch) with adding the full body armors into the normal armor chest slot, they dont have the stats of the full armor....despite it being exactly the same line of code, just copied from FullBody to Torso...

and all the casual outfits in the chest slot have stats....anyone know whats happening?

on a side note....looking at the code, i really cant see why BW took away the 'helmet always off' option....

There's some way to use Dr.Eva Core face texture?? I like the skin texture and I would like to use it on my femshep...but I don't know where to look to find the textures.

Anyone experienced problems with the new save editor? I set my spectre status as being declined in ME2 but in ME3 everyone acts as if i accepted it

Build 79? did you try downloading Build 74 and see if it works? because if it works in Build 74, it's an issue with the editor's programming; if it doesn't, it requires a NG+ import (set your game state to "lived to fight again" and then import it.)

Don't they make you a Spectre in ME3 no matter what? The Turian Councilor says he'll uphold your Spectre status, which makes no sense for him to say if you accepted in ME2, so I think he says that no matter what. Otherwise I don't think you'd be able to do a few sidemission and enter the Spectre Requistions Office.

well he says its upheld or reinstated, depending on what you did in ME2

I've gotten the metallic skin texture on the face to work, but there are other strange textures. You're best bet until we do some more experimenting is just changing your skincolor to:

192,192,192, 1 (R,G,B,A)

Earlier in the thread,Vekkth posted how to ensure that Miranda survived the encounter with her father. (Go to Citadel, talk to her in Spectre Terminal, go back later, talk to her in Apartment, giver her Alliance supply access), yet she still dies on me each time even though they were all at TRUE before I went there. 

Anyone know the plot ID codes to ensure that she lives because mine matched the ones posted earlier and she is still dying..

Did you romance Miranda in ME2 and then dump her in ME3? if you did she's gonna die no matter what.

If you did do the above you could check if value 3304 (Miranda Breakup value) is ticked/true and untick/make it false and see if that works.
