I don't know if that's the source of you problem, but that value is probably the flag BalakDead. Though that shouldn't matter since 17291 is checked. But I guess trying doesn't hurt;)

yeah, sorry. but once they built in a "hey either Ashley or Kaidan has to die" scenario having them both alive past that became impossible and entirely game breaking.chibievil wrote...

No. they take the same slot in the character selection thing I believe and stay in the same room. designed to be a either/or scenario. If Kaidan is alive, then Ashley was deep fried on Virmire in a nuclear explosion. If Ashley is alive, Kaidan was the one that got toasty. Adding both may break your game because what happens when they're both trying to protect the council?
thanks, i just wanted to see what it was like with both characters, as in me1 i loved having them both in the game.

The Turian Councilor says he'll uphold your Spectre status, which makes no sense for him to say if you accepted in ME2, so I think he says that no matter what. I've gotten the metallic skin texture on the face to work, but there are other strange textures. You're best bet until we do some more experimenting is just changing your skincolor to:Geirahod wrote...

You can find the quest id and add it to the Plot> Quests Completed. It may have some unwanted side effects though, not recommended.

20184 is the boolean variable which states whether you told Miranda of Leng. Or so I believe, but it should work.
