Bah! I found the Modio download but It will only let me save my characters as png image files. WTF?
Just to be safe you should download USB XTAF. Use that program to view the files on your USB, extract the file you want onto your computer, then open it in Modio, extract one of the saves like Save_0015. Open that save in Gibbed, mod it to your liking then Insert it back into the file with Modio. Click Re-hash and Re-save, put the new character save onto your USB using the XTAF program and that's it.
Make backups of all your original files, just in case.

I tried to do it under the squad section where i can see thier powers but when loading the game the power is not included. When you go back to check the save the power is no longer listed thier either.
I am guessing i would have to mod the coalesce file to change squad member powers.
Any responses appreaciated.

I figured it out. Now my problem is modding my saves to have all the weapons/maxed out weapons/maxed out mods. All I can do is change the weapons I have equipped and I have no idea how to change the levels of the weapons at all.
Raw tab > Plot > Player variables, then look up the code lines for each weapon to add in and the second box is the item lvl, so between 1-10, put a 10 in it.
There is a list in this thread somewhere that lists all the weapon and mod names but i~m not sure where it is.

Can people mod their multiplayer assets on 360? I just saw a guy online with Black Widow X and Paladin X and his N7 score was only 67.
Just means he doesn't promote. Play the same 20lvl character for weeks on end and you'll earn plenty of money for packs without ever getting an N7 bump.

at least 20 ultra-rare items and hardly any character cards? Seems highly unlikely to me.

I'm looking for some PC help, if anyone has the chance. I'm trying to swap faces between saves to fix a very minor issue with my Shep's lips, and I'm totally intimidated by gibbed and modding in general. After exporting a face, where do I save it to? And what do I have to do to import it correctly? Halp please.
You can save it anywhere you like. One good option would be the Mass Effect 3 folder in your documents. Just select a directory you remember and give the morph a good name like charactername-betterlips-version1 or whatever, just in case you might create another one later. Then you open up the other save, select import, and pick that file (you might have to go to that directory first, I don't remember if it autoselects the last used).
And that's it!

Whenever I use Gibbed my changes never take place in the game, I do believe I read somewhere the changes should take place during that game and not require you to load it as a ME3 Import. That could be wrong and I could be simply stupid, but I don't even get a ERROR message about corrupt data. Everything. Is. The. Same.
The stuff I'm trying to change: (I'm playing on a Xbox btw, and I have ME1 and ME2 imported in)
-Change Kaiden to dead
-Ashley to Alive
-Romanced Ashley in ME1
-Adding weapons (N7 Weapons, Amalur AR, That PC exclusive shotgun, and the Geth SMG)
-Adding Armor (Knight Reckoner)
This is on my soldier playthrough, which I was also wanting to change to a vanguard because I just enjoy that playstyle. However, I figured tackle what I knew first.
I checked the appropriate plot flags, and set the correct (what I believe were the correct) Bool Variable and added the weapons with their .Flags counterpart in player variables.
Any help would be appreciated, however if someone is willing, I'll upload my save somewhere and let you have a crack at it. Eventually I'd like to be able to do this myself, but I just started messing with Gibbed. Also, I'm using Modio, could be the problem there, haven't heard much good stuff about the dependability of Modio, but it never failed me before.
Again, thanks for any help provided and I apologize if everything I've said has already been covered.

Where are you getting the error message? Is it in-game when you go to load a modded save? Sometimes I get that too, but it still loads the save. Then I'll hit load again and delete the corrupted saves and then re-save my game.NovaTreeBush wrote...
I apologize if it has been asked already, and seeing as scanning the 40+ pages would take a while, I'll simply ask.

If the error message isn't in-game then try using Horizon. It's a combination of Modio and USB XTAF, it work very well for me.

Seems like you're doing it right, but I'll give you a clear step by step anyway.NovaTreeBush wrote...
That's the thing, ZombieGambit, there is no error message anywhere. I extract the file, mod, replace in modio after triple checking to be sure it's the right file, load it in ME3, nothing has changed. Not even my credits, I'll try horizon later when I get the time. I just find it peculiar that after all my toying around nothing changes, and the game reads the file as if I never touched it.
1. Use USB XTAF to extract the Shepard_01_class save
2. Use Modio to extract Save_0001 save
3. Open Save_0001 in Gibbed's and modify
4. Save your changes
5. Insert new Save_0001 back using Modio
6. Save and Rehash
7. Put new modified Shepard_01_class back onto USB
8. Load the specific save you modified, not Resume save.
