Make a save right next to Allers and try the hair.PorcelynDoll wrote...

Dr. Michel can be recruited? I saw that on link #1 but it was never offered to me. Or was it because I told Dr. Chatwas to report already? Like if I tell her to stay in the lab will that open up an option to recruit Michel? Oh and I guess if Chatwas died in the SM too would make Michel available.

You can recruit either depending on who you speak with first and ask to join you. The other stays behind to take care of Ashley/Kaidan. After that person heals though, Michel doesn't appear anymore, so I wonder if you can edit it to recruit both? I'll have to try that out on the next play.

When Michel and Chatwas were speaking to each other, I clicked Michel but it still had me speak to Chatwas first so I told her to report. Next time I will try do a save before speaking to either and see how that goes too.

That is what I am using in order to have my custom ME3 face that uses Kaiden's textures.
using a headmorph in gibbed this time doesn't seem to work that well, with textures not lining up and color's being off.

So if you had d/led gibbed before that day, d/l the newest version, look on appearance preset and you should see it.

1) I opened my "NewGamePlusSave" from my first ME3 career in Gibbed then saved it as a new save in a new career.
2) Editing the new save I just created I went to the "Raw" tab then expanded "Squad", then "Player".
3) I edited both "classFriendlyName" and "className" based on the info below. I got the #'s from the Coalesced.bin
classFriendlyName = className
93952 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerSoldier
93953 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerEngineer
93954 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerAdept
93955 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerInfiltrator
93956 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerVanguard
93957 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerSentinel
4) After editing "classFriendlyName" to match "className" per the above chart I saved the file in Gibbed's editor.
5) I then opened ME3, selected New Game, and import ME3 character and chose my newly created career with only the NewGamePlus save.
Success! The creation process let me use my new class, I'm on Mars now with no problems.
*Extra stuff not related to class editing*
I was also able to edit swap Kaiden/Ashley at the same time, if you wanted to play through with the other one.
1) After I finished editing my class (so skipping step 5 above for now) I went to the "Plot" tab in Gibbed's editor and changed the following "Bool" values as listed below.
Ashley alive: 13827 = TRUE and 13828 = FALSE
Kaiden alive: 13827 = FALSE and 13828 = TRUE
2) I then saved my edits and skipped back up to step 5 above. Enjoying a NG+ with a new class and Ashley since I had Kaiden last time.
