I'm thinking it MIGHT be one of the three Int values after Tali's, which is 272.
Edit: Answered my own question with some trial and error. Samara's dialog progress is Int value 275. After "romancing" her, the value is set to 5. I would assume that 273 and 274 are Kelly and possibly Chakwas or some other notable NPC (maybe Joker?).

EDIT: Nevermind. r46_b59 works.

Anyone know how to edit the files so I romanced Kelly and how to get TIM eyes?
I would also like to know how to get TIM's eyes. Is it the same as in ME2?

Wait, why does my NewGamePlus save that I "Lived to fight another day", even though I chose the Synthesis option? Am I interpreting the meaning of that wrongly or is there hope for a DLC ending?

In the "Raw" tab under "Plot" there's a section labeled "Player Variable" that seems to contain weapons, armor upgrades, weapon upgrades etc. Is this where I fill in what I need or what? Does anyone know?
EDIT: I figured it out. SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_[WeaponName] unlocks the weapon, the Value is the level so anything 1-10.
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_[WeaponName].Flag refers to whether or not you'll find it in the game world, I think.

Use the appearance preset.
I did that for TIM's eyes (copied what was necessary).
It works, but on my FemShep, it also makes her entire neck the same color as her eyes. It works flawlessly on a MaleShep, though.

Noticed this too. Either it needs to be set to that in order to be used for a NG+, or it's as close to a confirmation of ending DLC as anything else you're likely to find.

Set 22642 to false if it's true. Not sure if you need to set ME2's flag to false too.

So far copying HED_EyeShadow_Tint_Vector and HED_EyeShadow_Tint_Scalar from a ME2 has not replicated the effect. Not sure what else to try.

Under name I entered: SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_[WeaponName].Flag
and under value I used 1
That seems to make it so the weapon doesn't appear in the game world, but it can still be purchased at a store after the mission. How can I make it so it won't appear in either the gameworld or terminal? I have all level 10 weapons now and I want to keep that as the max.

Here is how to change class, just tried this myself to start a NG+.
1) I opened my "NewGamePlusSave" from my first ME3 career in Gibbed then saved it as a new save in a new career.
2) Editing the new save I just created I went to the "Raw" tab then expanded "Squad", then "Player".
3) I edited both "classFriendlyName" and "className" based on the info below. I got the #'s from the Coalesced.bin
classFriendlyName = className
93952 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerSoldier
93953 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerEngineer
93954 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerAdept
93955 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerInfiltrator
93956 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerVanguard
93957 = SFXGame.SFXPawn_PlayerSentinel
4) After editing "classFriendlyName" to match "className" per the above chart I saved the file in Gibbed's editor.
5) I then opened ME3, selected New Game, and import ME3 character and chose my newly created career with only the NewGamePlus save.
Success! The creation process let me use my new class, I'm on Mars now with no problems.
*Extra stuff not related to class editing*
I was also able to edit swap Kaiden/Ashley at the same time, if you wanted to play through with the other one.
1) After I finished editing my class (so skipping step 5 above for now) I went to the "Plot" tab in Gibbed's editor and changed the following "Bool" values as listed below.
Ashley alive: 13827 = TRUE and 13828 = FALSE
Kaiden alive: 13827 = FALSE and 13828 = TRUE
2) I then saved my edits and skipped back up to step 5 above. Enjoying a NG+ with a new class and Ashley since I had Kaiden last time.
Hopefully this is helpful!
Thanks a ton. Was looking for this.

Specifically, if she died in the Cerberus attack, does anyone happen to know what value would make her be alive (as if you'd told her to change her name)? I've done some experimented, and it hasn't been at all productive.
On that topic: If you do change someone's alive/dead status, do you have to 'refresh' the area (leave and then enter) they're in?
