The part when he's talking to the Catalyst you're literaly in space and you're breathing normally, how is that? Maybe they can use that as an excuse that the ending was a hallucination and give us a better one in a patch.
So how was Shepard breathing in outer space without a helmet?

Don't forget that Shepard can drink WITH an helmet, Shepard can do a lot of things when BioWare feels like it.

Wow, I can't believe im saying this but I think that the hallucination hypothesis is well on it's way to becoming the hallucination theory. It just makes too much sense.

The rubble is obviously on earth.. I don't think they built anything on the citadel or the crucible with stone..
