I've been trying to recruit Dr. Michel for the Normandy but so far no luck because I guess my reputation isn't high enough to open up the dialogue in the wheel that would enable me to do this. I keep postponing the Dr. recruiting. Is there any downside to not having a Dr. onboard until I can recruit Dr. Michel?
