so a while back they did the whole buy Dragon age 2 on pc and recieve a free copy of Mass effect 2,
i got this a while back and since then have refreshed my pc, losing all installed things. now i want to get my mass effect 2 back but cant seem to figure out how? please help

I contacted EA support via live sales person and received very little in the way of help with this same issue as I'm in a very similar position. I was able to successfully download Mass Effect 2 around the time the offer was available, so I definitely know I should be entitiled.
I don't think EA has a clue about it though to be honest, see the below for what I mean. I've edited out my details as well as the EA employee's to protect identities.
