Actually I did read the stickys but none of them explain how you register your game!
I think I did do it already as my achievements show, but still unable to post so I'll keep looking.

Had same problem. Check back of your game booklet. Tells you to register at ea.onlineregister.com. Code is in grey box on same back cover.

Profile -> Register Games

On the left side menu.
