Now that I know that almost NONE of the decisions I make in ME1 or ME2 matter at all in ME3, I see no reason to ever play ME1 or ME2 again.
As
near as I can tell, the only ME1/ME2 decision that actually matters in
ME3 is the relationship. Stick with Ashley or Liara. Or Garus I
suppose for a FemShep.
What else matters? I suppose re-writing
the Geth might have some minor impact. But the only other decision
worth caring about is what to do with the genophage cure in Mordin's
loyalty mission. The rest is a total waste of time.
If I want to mess around a bit more with ME3 (and frankly that is a big "if" - given a choice of how to spend my Sunday I may just catch up on Tivo instead), I'll download someone else's saved ME2 game from masseffectsaves.com.
The
storyline choices BioWare has made in ME3 are astonishingly bad. How
this mess slipped by management and play testing is beyond me. I
suspect this will end up as a case study in "how to kill a game series". What a disappointment.
ME3 has destroyed ME1's & ME2's replayability

It's ok anyway because there's no new DLCs planned for ME1 or ME2.

What bioware could have done when they relased the official fem shep is retroactively patched ME1+2 to have her character design in those games,. Then everyone could go back and play the official femshep.
But now that they took a donkey turd on the franchise with the abominable ending, no reason to go back and replay the series.

There's no reason to buy the DLC for ME3 either. Nor the DLC I missed in the previous games. Or any Bioware product. Or resubscribe to SWtOR. I will spite their wallet every chance I get, in any way possible.

the only DLC must be 'proper ending'
after this maybe other DLCs to boost your EMS (or you can play multi jeez nvmd)
Yeah, you cant really make DLCs to ME3 with those ends...

I tried to replay my ME1 & 2 games after finishing my first playthrough on ME3, and I just couldn't make myself care about any of the games. That ending just makes it impossible.

Ehh I'll just take ME1 and ME2 for the great games that they were separately. Everything about the series, except the last 15 minutes of ME3, is gold to me.
Would I replay ME1 and ME2? Maybe, after I get over my depression with the ME3 endings. :[

You can still replay ME1 and 2 just put ME3 on a shelf somewhere and never replay it until they fix the ending if not than just do what im doing and play ME1 and 2 again and after you beat ME2 make up your own story on what happened after the suicide mission or if you liked arrival do the same with that.
