In ME2, Shadow Broker DLC :

[The Illusive Man data]

Suit worn today :

Guili Vorn
Light Linen Blend, 2200 thread count

....

Built-in protection for close-range weapon fire

Wait... What ? And we kill him with only one bullet in the chest ? This doesn't make sense at all.

Depends on what ending you got, in my play through TIM shot himself in the head.

Guess he wasn't wearing it that day.

Even if he did, I'm pretty sure a suit like that would only defend against small arms fire like 1 Predator pistol shot, not a Carnifex heavy pistol. Even then he was already pretty damn damaged from the looks of it (his face man).

I didn't have a high enough paragon for that, so I did the renegade option on that one. Couldn't pass up the renegade with KL.

but consider the other side of that, he is part huskified so wouldn't that make him tougher?

Contrary to popular believe, Husks have no reason to be more powerfull in any way. Look at how easy you shoot them down in the actual action gameplay, then take into account that the gameplay damaging system is unrealistic compared to the cinematic scenes and weapons do more damage in the latter.

He have the same suit in ME2 and 3. And i dont see the point to wearing a suit like that if only one shoot of a common heavy pistol like the carnifex can kill you. Grunt take several hit of Carnifex pistol in the head and dont die, he's tough but common... this make no sense at all.

The fact he has the same suit in the entirety of ME2 + 3 either implies he wasn't wearing that kevlar-like suit in those moments or Bioware just couldn't be arsed making a model.

I don't see the point of wearing it either; He never shows himself to anyone besides his most trusted subordinates.

Where does Grunt take several Carnifex hits?

This is another example on how Mass Effect fans know more about the universe and characters than the writers paid to create it in the first place.

When he come out of his tank, you can shoot him with your gun.

Never seen that part. Either way, Krogan > TIM.

And it doesn't make sense because it is an indoctrination sequence. I know you guys have seen most of the proof already, but there is alot of foreshadowing about it as well. At the beginning of the game when you have one of your first real conversations with Ashley/ Gayden, she says to you "would you even know if you were being controlled?"

The proof?  Really because unless Bioware says... Yeah thats what happened.. The proof is in the pudding.

But yeah TIM dead.  Maybe its just a quick way to rush the ending of story instead of shooting him 10 times you shooot him once to move the lol ending faster.

Its not like his suit is bullet proof... If so All the militaries would be wearing crappy buisness suits.

He was shot square in the chest? Since he keeps two of his shirt buttons unbuttoned?
