 Wow this ending is lackluster.  I think that the ending sets were poorly scripted because honestly. When the celestial 4 year old starts telling me about what decisions you can make. I think that the synthesis ending, watching shepard jump into the life stream (I am calling it this),  I was seriously waiting for the cosmic being to say "dumb butt, On with the invasion".   Seriously they way that this was presented it would appear that no matter what shepard was indoctrinated at this point.

No could anyone explain why Joker did a desertion of duty at the end and ran from the battle going through a mass relay
