the problem being....
THE 'BEAUTIFUL' CHARACTER THAT YOU DESIGN AT THE START OF THE GAME
RARELY TRANSFERS INTO THE GAME OR CUTSCENES.
This can result in several false starts.
[One after two hours of play ! When I finally decided my character was just too bug-ugly and couldn't stand it anymore].
This is not a flaw in just ME3, but I find with all games that have character design.
At least in SR3 you know you can get some money together and get to a plastic surgeon after about 20 minutes of play, and keep going back until it looks right.
..and dont' say looks don't matter! lol
Plastic Surgeon ...at the Citadel hospital.

ohhh they do, especially to Mass Effect players. They have this system in Kingdoms of Amalur and I don't understand why more games don't do it. Although, in Amalur you can't change everything. I mean it would add to immersion because you could start out clean shaven and grow a beard but the time you face The Reapers.
