What? The email I am using is connected to both my origin account and xbox live account? Why has it not detected it?

Blurred out my email and it's not showing my xbox live account name even though this email is linked to it...
Why can't we have the same registration system for ME3 as we did with ME2? It truly sucks being limited to this one spoiler-free board when it's something that's not my fault...
