I havent gotten my Pre Order items from preordering ME3 on origin....i was suppose to get 2 of them a argus rifle and something else cant remember what.. anyone else have this issue or now how to get them?

there wasnt any info on how to get them in the email origin sent me.....

Yeah, this happens from time to time, contact an EA Game Advisor and they will give you your items. Just have your order number handy because they will need it.

And how does one do that? I attempted to use the Origin help contact but haven't heard anything at all back from them in over a week.

I don't know what country you are in but for the US the website you use is

1) http://store.origin.com/

2) Click on 'Customer Service'

3) Sign into your account

4) Click on 'talk to a game advisor'

5) You should then have 3 options, have them call you, chat support, or email and wait 24-48 hours

...but the only option that isn't greyed out is email and they have yet to respond.

Options are greyed out when EA is overloaded with people waiting in line to ask their questions. Try back at another time of day and you might get those options open to you.
