Endings that people seem to be pissed of about at least thats my assumption.

But after the cutscene that mass relay shoots space magic all over galaxy we get ****** poor explanation of wtf really happend to shepard and normandy     

+ that "My sweet" scene after the credits:sick:    

Or the fact that ME1&ME2 are obsolete, and we all wasted our time with making decisions in +saves
