[Slappy Ya Face]

It feels like this started with Dragon Age 2. It was, objectively, an okay game. Some of you hated it, some of you loved it, and a lot of you were somewhere inbetween. Now we've got Mass Effect 3, their flagship franchise, taking a level of hate and bitterness that few titles ever have... Over the final 15 minutes.

SWtOR is having a rough time as well, steadily losing subscriptions over the last few months. I was one of those, sadly. Having seen ME3 end, I can't trust their MMO with any emotional investment. I really want to believe in Bioware, like I used to, but I can't. I'm not sure why they're doing all this.

I really don't think it's money. DA:2 sales were put to shame by Origins. I suspect ME3 sales and especially DLC will take a severe hit due to the controvery and destruction of the universe as it was. So what is  going on?
