Dear EA,
For the second time this weekend, I cannot play Mass Effect 3 because your DRM system cannot contact your overtaxed servers. As a loyal purchaser of all three Mass Effect games on PC (and all their associated DLC, including "From Ashes"), I feel deeply frustrated that you have designed a DRM system that prevents paying users from enjoying their game. You should be absolutely desperate to solve this problem

You're going to want to contact EA/Origin Customer Support. This particular forum is for the BioWare Store, which deals with expanded physical merchandise on behalf of BioWare. (biowarestore.com)
