I have Salarian engineer (level 19 I think?) and Asari Adept (5) unlocked, but its now treating those slots as locked.
I would like to be able to access those again!
Previously unlocked multiplayer characters now locked out

if you are talking about characters you had in the demo, you will not get them back... Everything from the demo was reset.

same just happened to me lost all my weapons i unlocked today and my asari vanguard and turian sentinal T_T

One way you can lose all that stuff is by entering the store when the game starts. I lost all my stuff from that and am waiting for tech support to do something about it
