Hello there, this is my first time posting a topic on these forums, regretfully it's about a problem I've experienced during Mass Effect 3.

My problem occured after I finished a silver challenge game on MP on ME 3. I had no knowledge of this bug before, but apparently opening the store prior to the start results in a complete restart of your kits and equipment, with no credit refund of any sort.

Well as I finished the silver challenge game I got the N7 initiation and to my horror as I was checking out my items I had lost everything, including characters, weapons, upgrades, the works. Per suggestion of the EA help center I have come here to post on these forums as it seems they cannot help me out so I'm hoping that you can.

I want my items and kits recovered if it is possible, if not I at least expect to be refunded 1600 BioWare points which were spent on these kits and were lost not due to my error, but due to a bug inside the game, a bug that has yet to be fixed. As such I demand a straight answer from a developer or an official representative that can with a 100% certainty tell me if my items can or can not be returned.
I do not expect nor will I accept any half-answer from the person that will be dealing with this issue. I want to know if my items can be returned or if they can not. If they can I shall expect them returned as soon as possible, however if those items can not be recovered in any way then I expect to be at least refuned those 1600 BP.

I do not wish to be given any hope, be it false or real, I simply want to know if these items can be recovered or not and if anything is going to be done to recover them.

Just happened to me, i have to admit it really kind of ****** me off, thinking i lost over 400k on my box really sadden me ;( and my favorite drell adept :/ I found theres so many bug it really. getting throw out of the map( even under...) what the hell is going on !?
