Dear anyone who might be able to respond to my inquiry.

I am about to format my computer in order to do a clean install of windows 7, as such, I was wondering if after I re-install the game, will logging in with my account state that I have already purchased the dlc (which I have) and re-download and install them again? or what can I do? Buying them again is completely out of the question.
