In Kingdom of Amalur, it`s possible to change your apperance a little by going to your houses and to a mirror. You can change most stuff there, hair and all.
This would have been nice to have in ME3, since not all the hair desigs in ME3 is in ME and ME2.
AIt would be nice to at least be able to change hair cut and make up.
For other stuff, you could add a plastic sergery place on the Citedal(just kidding).
