Why is a picture of my character not shown on the Bioware website? Also, there are no screenshots at all. Everything else relating to stats and trophies are updated. Does this site not fully work with the PS3 version, or is it something else? My friends works fine, he plays it on the PC version

My mate who plays it on the PC never takes screenshots, they just randomly appear on this site

I just uploaded my current character and while the achievements, skills, spells, armor and what he ate for dinner all appear, there is no picture or screen shots.

Great idea being able to upload your character onto this site. Be even greater if it actually worked. Still no picture but everything else is updated.

I contacted customer support regarding no character pics, they are running the same line of, "we are working on it, we know about it....sorry" Don't hold your breath, I first contacted them about this 3 weeks ago...still no fix.

Well it will be awhile then....oh well. I would rather that they work on issues that come up with the game itself( there are a few) and get that patched , then worry about the profiles etc.

The 360 version has the same problem. So it's not just the ps3.

I'm well into my second character, and while my Trophies update, the site still shows me having only 1 character, at lv 13, with no pictures. Bad updating, very very bad. I assume this has something to do with the fact that I am always being 'disconnected' from the Dragon Age online site during the game. It would be nice to see a fast fix soon.

This sounds stupid, but the site has major problems updating your character record from the Dragon Age Servers (the ones the PC/PS3/360 talk to) if the EA servers (that hold your EA games account info) are not working, or timeout, then the whole process fails.



And Social.bioware is another server, so until all 3 get their act together and work in unison, your profile page doesn't update as often. I've found if you want to get a chunk of your updates processed, just LOGOUT of the social.bioware site for an hour or so, I did that yesterday morning and it worked to update my profile.

Everything else works except my characters getting uploaded and my stats showing up. The achievements and trophies all work, just not those. Hopefully this issue is fixed soon!

My trophies also shows OK, but my personal stats still show "level 2". I am close to level 10 now, so this information is at least 1.5 weeks old.

supposedly, my character pic got uploaded now... but there's just an X where the pic should be getting better every day! xD

Maybe it is to do with the fact that this site is still a Beta. And Stevie402, it will be a different group of people working on the game to the website, so they should be able to do both at the same time.

My third character does not show up (stats etc do but only an 'X' for his picture) so I too look forward to when the image shows.

Still a brilliant game though
