Could contain the narrator from the codex or a worthy character voice actor to do a Fallout: New Vegas style epilogue that goes through all your choices from the 3 games (big or small) and they're outcomes (may differ on paragon v renegade approach).

For those of you unfamiliar with Fallout: New Vegas, basically it's a bunch of still pictures illustrating key factions and describing with a VO what became of them..

For eg: "Although feeling embarrased after his attempted sacrifice for cmdr shepard, Conrad Verner went on the become an important part of C-Sec." *Picture of Conrad on screen*

Note: Please don't post that C-sec wouldn't be there as the citadel = death. it was an example, furthermore this epilogue structure is NOT restricted by the games current ending, so go wild with your ideas and thoughts....
