2) Shale - how does a golem made of rock and stone get injuries like "Coughing Blood"? Does he have lungs? What exactly does he bleed? Lava? Considering he's a golem he sure is squishy. Wouldn't it be logical that Shale is immune to some, if not all injuries? I appreciate that it may be to help balance the game but while trawling through the Deep Roads Shale kept picking up random injuries without ever getting incapped which brings me to...
3) Have taverns give the option to rest and cure injuries. Sometime I found myself having to trawl back through a dungeon having exhausted injury kits to head back to camp to heal. Or perhaps have the option to camp down to rest in certain areas e.g. Deep Roads when you encounter whathisname in Ortan Thaig.

1) Have buttons on the interface to switch tactics and stance while fighting without having to pause, open tactics book, change tactics/stance, which, IMO is far more immersion breaking than a quick pause to reassign targets.
Might have been useful. Probably especially hard to implement on a console. I didn't switch much between tactics settings during combat. I usually create my own based on a typical behaviour tweaked towards the role and strengths of the NPC.

Ok, a golem should have a different kind of injuries. Then again Shale shouldn't heal from heal-pots either thinking about this. So you'd need something like a mineral potion instead. This simplification didn't bother me actually.

How many taverns did you see in the Deep Roads? Ok, a camp fire location would have been nice. On the other hand it is more challenging, if you try to win a few battles with slightly injured group members. A spirit healer can remove all injuries by magic -- strangely all except his/her own. Some injuries don't matter that much. If Alistair loses 1 cunning due to injury he can still fight...
