I got DA:O from Amazon awhile back and since i preordered it I was able to get the bonus content "Shale" and the "Dragon Age Armour", I liked the game enough to go head and spend the money and get "Warden's Keep".  At first everything was working and pretty cool, I was getting use to using the Warden's Keep for the party chest and the merchants there was my favorite to go to, I was even getting use to having Shale around to tank here and there when I wanted to change things up. 
Problems started up this past week when "Warden's Keep" disappeared from my map, after looking around on the this site I figured it had to do with my internet connection being crappy and my account not being able to connect to the server.  I tried a couple of fixes but they didnt work out, everything is properly registered and while I wouldnt care to much if it was free unfortunatly I actually paid for this and would like to continue using this content.  Any help here would be greatly appreciate.  
Next problem is now Shale has grayed out at the camp site and now it is completely removed from the game.  Once this happened the blood powers from Warden's Keep were also removed, again this sucks cause I got particularly fond of spraying blood on the opposition for great lulz. 
I'm hoping that I will be able to resolve these problems and get back to enjoying the downloadable content both the free and the paid.  At least I still have my Dragon Age Armour *knock on wood*, my deployment is almost over, less than 90 days actually, thank God!  So if its looking like this cant be resolved till then I'll be able to deal with it, the game is still great without the content, but just let me know if there's anything I can do over here, I'll be checking up on this topic in hopes of finding the needed help.
